Electric actuator safety manual

1.電動執行器使用前注意事項： 

1. Precautions before using the electric actuator:

   1) 電動執行器使用前無視安全規程可能發生危險 

   1) Dangers may occur if ignoring safety codes before using the electric actuator

   - 電動執行器雖然充分考慮了用戶的方便及安全，但是如果未接受足夠的關于使用及維護保養規程的培訓或不熟練的操作人員進行操作，導致電動執行器違規使用或不當操作，會給用戶造成人身或財產（物品）危險，降低電動執行器的功能和安全性。   

   - While designing the electric actuator, the user's convenience and safety are fully taken into consideration. However, if the operator does not receive enough training about the use and maintenance of it or unskilled, the electric actuator is illegally used or improperly operated, the user will be in danger of personal or property (goods) and will reduce the functionality and safety of electric actuator.

2) 電動執行器使用的基本安全事項 

   2) Basic safety matters of using electric actuator

   -  務必要熟練技術人員或經允許的人員才可操作電動執行器。 

   - Be sure to operate the electric actuator by the skilled technician or the allowed person.

  - 與產品有關的所有安裝、運行、運行條件變更、維護及檢修等所有操作，務必要遵守調試手冊內的各項規定。  

   - All operations related to product installation, change of operating conditions, maintenance, and inspections must comply with the provisions of the commissioning manual.

   - 打開電動執行器蓋之前，務必確認主電源是否切斷，注意不要發生無意識的供電。

   - Before opening the electric actuator cover, be sure to confirm whether the main power is cut off, and be careful not to supply power unconsciously.

   3)電動執行器使用的其它事項 

   3) Other matters of using the electric actuator

   - 運行之后，檢查或修理時，電機表面可能溫度很高，要小心燙傷。

   - After operation, the surface of the motor may be very hot when inspected or repaired, and be careful of burns.

   - 輸入信號、輸出信號的接線應始終與高壓電充分隔離。

   - The wiring of input signals and output signals should always be fully isolated from high voltage.

2. 電動執行器儲存（長期儲存）時注意事項 

2. Precautions for storage (long-term storage) of electric actuators

   1) 電動執行器應放置在干燥通風的場所（為防止地面潮氣，放在擱板或托盤上面）。

   1) The electric actuator should be placed in a dry and ventilated place (to prevent moisture on the floor, placed on a shelf or tray).

   2) 應防塵、防潮、防機械性危險。

   2) Dustproof, moisture-proof, and anti mechanical danger.

3. 電動執行器手動運行 

3. Manual operation of electric actuator

   - 在閥門上安裝電動執行器或調整限位開關的位置和安裝作業中，沒有電源，用手輪運行電動執行器。 

   - There is no power supply for installing the electric actuator on the valve or adjusting the limit switch position, it has to operate the electric actuator with the hand wheel.

   1)要手動運行電動執行器，把手動/自動離合桿拉到手動位置，使用手輪操作，電動時，轉換桿自動轉換到自動位置。

   1) To manually operate the electric actuator, pull the manual/automatic clutch lever to the manual position, use the hand wheel to operate, and when the motor is powered, the conversion lever will automatically switch to the automatic position.

   2) 應適當設定機械限位。

   2) To appropriately set the mechanical limit.

4. 電動執行器在閥門上的安裝 

4. Installation of electric actuator on the valve

   1) 電動執行器可以很容易地適用于多種類型的閥門。

   1) Electric actuators can be easily applied to many types of valves.

   2)限位開關設定。 

   2) Limit switch setting.

   - 注意! 限位開關設定前，切勿用電驅動執行器。否則，可能損壞電動執行器或閥門。   

   - Caution! Do not electrically drive the actuator before setting the limit switch. Otherwise, the electric actuator or valve may be damaged.

   - 限位開關的設定有單獨的只設定限位和與力矩一起設定的復合設定。這種設定隨閥門運行方式不同而不同。

   - The limit switch can only set the limit position, or set with the torque, which is called the compound setting. This setting varies with the operating mode of the valve.

5. 電動執行器基本規則 

5. Basic rules of electric actuator

   - 兩通閥門，先設定關閉位置（力矩/限位復合設定）后，設定打開位置（限位開關單獨設定）。 

   - Two-way valve, first set the closed position (compound set torque / limit composite ting), and then set the open position (separate set limit switch).

   - 三通閥門，兩個方向（開/關）都進行力矩/限位復合設定    

   - Three-way valve, torque/limit compound setting in both directions (on/off)

   力矩/限位復合設定 

   Torque/limit compound setting

   1) 旋轉手輪，設定閥門的關閉限位。觀察指示器，使設定點不越過支架下方的線。

   1) Turn the hand wheel to set the closing limit of the valve. Observe the indicator make the set point does not cross the line below the stand.

   2) 關閉閥門，直到閥門的閥芯碰到閥座。 

   2) Close the valve until the spool of the valve hits the seat.

   3) 此時在支架上標出與指示器的箭頭一致的點。 

   3) Mark the point on the stand that matches the arrow of the indicator at that time.

   4) 向同一方向旋轉手輪，直到盤彈簧從支架上標出的點開始的壓縮量達到如彈簧/力關系曲線圖所示的要求量。

   4) Rotate the hand wheel in the same direction until the compression of the disk spring from the point marked on the bracket reaches the required amount as shown on the spring/force curve.

6. 電動執行器供電及接線 

6. Power supply and wiring of electric actuator

   - 注意 1. 電氣接線時，電纜接口與接頭之間務必妥善密封，以免從外部流入水分。 

   - Caution one: when electrically wiring, the cable interface and the joint must be properly sealed, so as not to flow water from the outside.

   - 注意 2. 供電接線應使用能容許電動執行器最大電流需要量的尺寸的電線。 

   - Caution two: the power supply wiring should use the wire of a size that can tolerate the maximum current demand of the electric actuator.

   1) 蓋內所附的電氣接線圖只供對應電動執行器接線使用。電氣接線圖可能隨型號不同而不同，接線前務必確認接線圖后再接線。 

   1) The electrical wiring diagram attached to the cover is only used when the corresponding electric actuator is wired. The electrical wiring diagram may vary depending on the model. Before wiring, be sure to confirm the wiring diagram before wiring.

   2) 電動執行器電機帶有因型號而異的熱保護器，如果電機溫度上升到規定溫度以上，即切斷電流，保護電動執行器。  

   2) The electric actuator motor has a different type of thermal protector. If the motor temperature rises above the specified temperature, the current will be cut off to protect the electric actuator.

7. 電動執行器調試 

7. Debugging of electric actuator

   1) 打開蓋子，用手輪使閥門位于行程的中間。 

   1) Open the lid and use the hand wheel to position the valve in the middle of the stroke.

   2) 供給主電源。 

   2) Supply the main power.

   3) 提供打開命令與關閉命令各2~3秒，確認運行方向是否正確。如果方向相反，交換命令開關的接線。 

   3) Execute the open command and close command each for 2 to 3 seconds to confirm whether the direction of operation is correct. If the direction is opposite, switch the wiring of the command switch.

   4) 如果是三相電源，務必確認運行方向，如果未確認運行方向而運行，可能造成電動執行器或閥門致命損傷。 

   4) If it is a three-phase power supply, be sure to confirm the running direction. If the operation direction is not confirmed, it may cause fatal damage to the electric actuator or valve.

   5) 運行電動執行器直到凸輪碰到限位開關。確認限位開關的方向是否正確。如果需要，重新調整限位開關。   

   5) Operate the electric actuator until the cam hits the limit switch. Check if the direction of the limit switch is correct. If necessary, readjust the limit switch.

8. 電動執行器維護保養 

8. Maintenance of electric actuator

  1) 如果是在本手冊及相關資料規定的運行條件下使用，運行正常，維護保養方面不需要特別注意，沒有必要另外加注潤滑油。     

   1) If it is used under the operating conditions specified in this manual and related materials ,and the operation is normal, no special attention is required in maintenance, and no need to add additional lubricant.

  2) 電動執行器應保持潔凈干燥。  

   2) The electric actuator should be kept clean and dry.

9. 電動執行器備件 

9. Spare parts of electric actuator

   1) 使用中破損或丟失的配件可以按照所附的配件圖內容單獨供應。請咨詢本公司或代理商。

   1) Damaged or missing parts in use can be supplied separately according to the content of attached parts drawing. Please consult our company or agent.

   2) 如果由于部分配件的問題導致運行故障，可以更換此部件。  

   2) If a malfunction occurs due to a problem with some parts, this part can be replaced.

   1) 電動執行器檢測報告與運行手冊隨產品一同提供。小心保管不要丟失。 

   1) Test reports and operation manuals of the electric actuator are provided with the product. Take care not to lose it.
